Over 60s + Health
At the age of 60 we don't feel much different to what we did in our 50s, or 40s, it may be that steps are that bit harder to climb, and there are more wrinkles on our face that there used to be. At this stage we can do little to put right the misuse we paid to the body, the bones are possibly a little worn down, and the mind may not be as quick, but we are by no means finished with. Older people have half a lifetime of experience to impart to the younger generation, whether they want to listen is another matter.
But there are still some things we can be aware of that, while it may not heal the body, we can certainly help to stop it from ageing much more than it has done already.
