Asthma:
Use between three and four herbs to make a medication. Read the relevant Herb Monographs here and decide which herb is best for you. Some herbs need to be made into an Infusion, some into a Decoction, or a Tincture which is suitable for most herbs. How to make Infusions, Decoctions and Tinctures can be found on the Possum's Planet front page.

Choose no more than four Herbs to make a medication to give help with Asthma and as Herbs are not a quick fix, keep going with the medication for around 3-6 months. If it gives relief, then you can write it in your Herbal, if not, then change the Herbs and give that a try.
