Herb Monographs

A Herb Monograph is a written record of a particular herb, containing information relating to information which could include: cultivation, constituents, therapeutic uses, contraindications, folklore of a specific herb, and details of any use you have made of the herb, recipes, medications and any results.

A collection of Herb Monographs are called a Herbal, and your own herbal can possibly be one of the most useful tools you can have.

One or two Herb Monographs can be found below, although these are merely a guide, what these are missing are personal references that would be contained in any useful Herbal.  Recipes, results and personal comments complete any Herb Monograph.

You will find here - Some of the words, not an inconclusive list, that may help when writing or reading Herb Monographs
